OPEN ROLE
EMEA Consultant, Supply Chain Design
- Remote - EMEA
- Full-time
- English required
- German a strong advantage
We are looking for an experienced EMEA Supply Chain Design Consultant to support customer onboarding, training, and project delivery across the region. This remote role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in supply chain network design and optimization tools.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re growing our EMEA team and looking for an experienced supply chain technology consultant to help us deliver and coach on projects using Sophus Technology across the region. This is a high-impact, highly independent role focused on customer success and technical consultancy.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Deliver onboarding, training, and coaching to new Sophus users across the EMEA region
- Work on-site or remotely to deliver first projects and proof-of-concept models for new and existing customers
- Lead customer-facing training and coaching sessions independently, from onboarding through to advanced model development
- Partner with the product team to relay technical issues and customer requirements, shaping the roadmap from the field
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience with supply chain network design or optimisation tools
- Comfortable owning customer-facing engagements independently: training sessions, coaching calls, and on-site delivery
- Strong communicator, able to adapt your style for technical product teams and end-user coaching equally
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely with limited daily oversight
- Fluent English; German language skills are a strong advantage
BACKGROUND THAT FITS
You may be coming from a supply chain technology vendor, a supply chain consultancy, or from an in-house SC modeling role at a major manufacturer or retailer. Whatever the path, you are ready to bring that deep expertise to a fast-growing, focused technology business where your knowledge will have immediate, visible impact.
This role is not suited to a generalist supply chain analyst looking to move into technology. We need someone who has already worked extensively with supply chain optimisation tools, whether as an employee of a technology vendor, a consultant, or as a power user within industry.
